Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns for store credit only
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items. Unless they arrive damaged or defective I can’t accept returns for these:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Items that are for bathing & washing hands
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Original Packaging (Clothing, Footwear)
All clothing garments must have all tags attached to items and in original packaging. Clothing and packaging cannot be damaged to include if item appears to have been worn previously ex.. deordant stains, washed, odors.
Boots soles cannot appear to be worn with skid marks, dirt, scuffs, missing any material, or stained.

Returns & Exchanges Details
If there has been an error on our part or you have received an incorrect or defective item we will give you a store credit. We accept returns or exchanges for UNUSED products or UNLIT candles. We do not accept returns on wax melts even if broken due to the nature of the products use which is broken in order to add to a wax melter.
Shipping costs are non-refundable due to the nature of shipping costs paid directly to the shipping carrier not to our business.
We do not refund shipping on returns. If you are returning an item the shipping costs are on the buyers end.
